This skirt is a beautifully made brocade bustle-style skirt. There are multiple layers of ruffles set in a hi-lo hemline. It looks amazing over a skirt. It looks fun and flirty with leggings and boots. There are so many options for this skirt.
The belt at the waist makes it able to adjust to your size. It is available in several sizes... mostly plus sizes. I have limited inventory left, so I am doing a DragonCon special price of $169. My regular pricing for this skirt is $195.
