Description
Light, airy, flirty and fun - these drop earrings feature tassels created from chiffon ribbon in mixed shades of yellow, peach, rust, and light taupe. The tassels are tied with strands crocheted in hand-dyed cotton thread embellished with tiny glass beads. The ties have just a hint of green. The tassels hang from embossed antique brass finished, squared rings. The earrings have brass ear wires (nickel and lead free).
The earrings hang to a length of 2 1/2 inches, the dangle (ring plus tassel) is 2 inches long. The brass rings are each about 1/2 inch wide.

Gossamer Tangles is an outgrowth of my life-long love of crochet and needle arts. The jewelry I design and make is one-of-a-kind. I find that conceiving a design in my mind and then bringing it to life between my fingers, instills a remarkable mix of wonder, excitement and satisfaction.
Color, texture and imagination, often inspired by my observations of the natural world and works of art, are the key components in my creations.
