Jordyn Hendricks
Jordyn Hendricks is a Two Spirited Michif artist from the Red River region. They grew up on the unceded and unsurrendered territory of the Algonquin peoples in Ottawa, Ontario and currently reside in Tiohtiá:ke (Montreal, Quebec). Hendricks’ arts training includes three years at Canterbury High Schools visual arts program, as well as various classes at the Ottawa School of Art. Their art is an expression of themselves, and visualizes themes of gender expression, Indigeneity, mental health - images from their general life experience.
