This is a bell-topper top hat. I've added a leather crown, and embossed faux-leather patches. A pressure gauge on the front tells you when you're about to blow, and the stop-watch on the back tells you when! This is a really fun addition to your Steampunk attire. It is a size large, and has an elasticized inside band.

As artists we are drawn to Steampunk because of its basis on an appreciation for reclaiming something old and making it new again, for cherishing the long-lasting and well-made. It revels in a sense of history, of having been somewhere. Steampunk wears its history on the outside, and we share that.
