This is a strange composition, but I was intrigued with the tree shadow and how it "pointed" to the barns in the background. My fifth painting based on my Winter Solstice afternoon spent taking snow photos in western St Charles County, Missouri. This traditional farm setting is just a few miles north of the historic Daniel Boone Homestead. Some days are Just special.
