Honoring Korea

I took a ball of sterling silver and hammered it down to a disk. I then coined the edges so the sides would bulk out. At the bottom right I soldered a domed disk. The gold citrine is tube set into the domed disk. It hangs from a silver tube ( the chain goes through it). a piece of silver wire sets under the tubing. and both are attached to the hammered disk I used a Ancient Korean technique to apply 24 ct gold to the edge of the hammered disk and the domed silver at the bottom. The hammered disk is textured with a pave tip. The chain is 16 in.
