Description
Deep, eggplant purple, recycled sari silk was used to crochet this lovely necklace. The edging is crocheted in a contrasting very pale (almost white), linen/cotton blend, lavender thread that incorporates a slight bit of silver and gold metallic for shine, and a tiny strand of black, for interest and texture. Semi-transparent, matte glass beads in dark lavender are worked along the edge. Embossed silver finish cones finish off the necklace at both ends, and it comes together with a silver lobster claw clasp.
This one-of-a-kind necklace combines glorious shades of deep purple with eye-catching texture and design. It's also super light and comfortable to wear. If needed, the necklace can be gently hand washed in cool water and laid out flat to dry.
Length is about 18 1/2 inches. It is about 1 inch wide.
