Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) is a Minnesota-based nonprofit that specializes in energy efficiency. CEE's One-Stop Efficiency Shop, sponsored by Xcel Energy, provides LED grow lighting rebates based on wattage and enhanced photosynthetic photon efficacy (PPE). Lighting equipment with higher PPE earns higher rebates through the One-Stop program, currently covering up to 75% of project costs.
