About the application
We believe in being open about the criteria of our juried selection process. Candidates will be evaluated based on the quality of artistry or craftsmanship, uniqueness and novelty of the product, and potential appeal to COAF attendees. We work hard to prevent too much overlap in product types and styles among artists chosen. Some preference is given to Colorado-based artists, but we welcome artists from all over the globe and try to have a balance of the two. A waiting list will be kept to fill spots that open up after initial selection. Multiple waiting lists may be kept to maintain a wide variety of product types. Any questions or concerns about this process may be directed to artistsalley@coanimefest.com Applicants will be notified around September 30, 2024 if they are accepted or waitlisted. Please do not contact us earlier, we receive hundreds of applications and the process takes a long time. You can view your application status and edit your application through Eventeny. Please only contact us if you have a problem or conflict. Thank you for your understanding.

| 1 Table Space (1 Badge Included) | $175.00 | Non-refundable | A full table is 6′ wide and 30" deep (this may vary) and comes in a space at least 6'x6' with a wall behind. You will not be able to hang things directly on this wall. Table setups will be directly adjacent to another artist and most tables will have other artists on both sides with a gap on one side for exit purposes. Electrical outlets will not be available. Position within the room will be determined after selections are made. Provided payment method will be charged approximately 1 week after approval. |
