About the event

Join us for a day full of some of Austin's best local vendors, and fastest pups at Lustre Pearl East! The market will feature vintage booths, handmade products, and carefully curated small businesses. The dog races will take place throughout the day & this time we're featuring the small guys! Corgi's, Frenchie's, and Dachshund's will race head to head against their breed as we crown the fastest pups in Austin.

About the application

This application will get you a 10x10 space to set up your booth. Spaces will be assigned closer to the market day, and you will have the ability to add on a tent or table rental if you don't want to set one up yourself. 
 
Vendor Referral Program: For every small business that you refer to our market community, and that is approved for our events, you will get $10 taken off of your vendor fee at a future market.

Terms & Conditions

Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for providing their full set up, including a tent, tent weights, tables, chairs, and any other necessary display items for your booth, unless you're renting gear from us. Electricity is not provided, please come prepared with your own power source if you need it. No trash is to be left behind, please be sure to pick up and throw all trash away before leaving.  
  
Approval Process: All submissions are subject to approval. Please be sure to fill out the fields below with as much detail as possible. We highly recommend including photos of your brand, products, and booth set up if possible, but this is not a requirement. Photos help us to expedite the approval process, so we appreciate it if you are able to include them. We are looking for unique businesses to add to our market community. An active social media page and/or website is a must. Personal social media accounts that are unrelated to your business will not be approved. Applications are reviewed on a first-come-first-served basis, so the earlier you apply, the more likely it is that you will be approved. We do our very best to limit vendor competition by limiting the number of vendors in each category to ensure the most successful market possible for all vendors.  
  
Payments: You will only be charged once approved. 
  
Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits or transfers to future event dates. Please be prepared to commit to the event date prior to purchasing. Day of cancellations will not be rescheduled to future market dates. No call no shows on event day will affect your vendor status for future events.  
  
Weather Policy: We are a rain or shine event unless otherwise communicated. Rescheduling of an event will only take place due to extreme weather conditions such as freezing conditions, lighting storms or excessive heat. Should an event need to be rescheduled we will notify you (3) days in advance. If it is rescheduled, your vendor fee will apply to that event.
